All materials are delivered electronically after purchase through a secure download or email link.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a PDF download containing access to your purchased digital audio or materials.

All products are delivered digitally — no physical items are shipped.
Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours due to email or payment processing delays.

If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact hi@getmoneykey.com.

4. REFUND POLICY

Because of the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds are only granted in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchase
• Defective or inaccessible file (verified by our support team)

We do not provide refunds due to:

• Change of mind
• Lack of perceived results
• User’s inability to download or use the file due to device issues

Refund requests must be submitted to hi@getmoneykey.com within 7 days of purchase with proof of payment.
